1. Local Pickup & Delivery
- Local pickup is available by appointment in New Port Richey, Florida.
- Local delivery can be arranged within the Tampa Bay area, including New Port Richey, Trinity, Clearwater, and surrounding communities.
- Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and project size.
2. Shipping for Small Items
- Smaller handcrafted pieces, such as cutting boards and gift items, can be shipped within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided during your order consultation.
- Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and item type.
- You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
3. Processing & Turnaround Times
- Each project is handcrafted, so turnaround times will vary.
- Ready-to-ship items typically leave the shop within 3–5 business days.
- Custom orders usually take 2–6 weeks depending on size, design, and materials.
- You’ll receive updates during the build process and notification once your piece is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- All shipped items are carefully packed to protect against damage.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- I’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through repair, replacement, or refund (depending on the situation).
